Using the app
Open the Help & Support guide for event entry, requests, reactions, connections and reporting.
Safety concern
Use Report in Jukebox and speak to venue staff. If there is immediate danger or a crime in progress, contact the local emergency services.
Privacy or legal question
Contact the organiser named on your event or ticket and identify the Event Session. The public launch contact email and controller address will be published here before general release.
