Rules for using Jukebox
These terms cover the Jukebox web experience. Venue entry, tickets, age limits and event rules may also be set by the event organiser.

Use Jukebox fairly
Use your own event access method, follow staff instructions and do not attempt to bypass entry, moderation, rate limits, ticket checks or another guest’s privacy choices.
Your activity
You are responsible for the names, messages, reports and requests you submit. Do not send unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, misleading or harassing content.
Music requests are not guarantees
A request, vote or VS choice helps the event team understand the crowd. It does not guarantee that a song will play, when it will play or on which channel.
Safety and access
Staff may restrict features, remove content, end a connection, refuse access or escalate a concern where reasonably needed to protect guests, the event or the service.
Availability
Live event technology can be affected by venue networks, devices and third-party systems. We aim to provide a reliable service but may pause or change a feature to keep the event safe and stable.
