Will every song request play?
Requests come from the event catalogue. The Selector decides what fits the session and when it plays; submitting or backing a request does not guarantee playback.
How do I change the music I hear?
Use the physical switch on your headphones to choose Red, Green or Blue. Follow the matching screen. Your phone handles requests and reactions; it does not switch the headphone audio.
Can I book Jukebox for a private or team event?
Enquire about a session in London or the South East. We agree guest numbers, equipment, staffing, venue suitability and a tailored quote before confirming a booking.
What makes Jukebox Experience different?
Jukebox is an immersive music discovery experience with three wireless headphone channels, matching music-video screens and a guest web app for requests, votes, reactions and games. Background music keeps the room alive when headphones come off.
Where will Jukebox Experience take place?

Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan one QR code and use the Jukebox web app from their phone browser.
