Who is it for?
Venues planning a programme or residency, teams arranging a social, and hosts of private celebrations. We discuss the audience, music themes and the kind of participation that suits your session.
How many guests can take part?
Our initial format is designed around sessions of 250–300 guests, with 300 headphones available. Smaller events are welcome to enquire. Final capacity depends on the venue, layout and agreed operation plan; larger requests need a separate assessment.
How much does it cost?
Ask for a tailored quote. Include your location, date, guest count and session length so we can agree equipment, staffing, setup and travel requirements. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
What happens before the event?
We agree the music brief, screen layout, power and connectivity, access and loading times, staff responsibilities and guest welcome. Setup and pack-down time are agreed separately from the guest session.
What do guests need?
Guests use the supplied wireless headphones and can join the web app from a phone browser using the event team's access instructions. There is no app-store download. Channels change on the headphones.
Can a brand get involved?
We can discuss a brand experience, guest rewards or a cultural collaboration as part of the event brief. Any products, messaging and fulfilment are agreed before the session.
